Frequently Asked Questions
Can you help with my Treepl/WebInOne hosting subscription?
Yes. If your website was originally hosted on Treepl we can help. Here's some background.
When Treepl transitioned to WebInOne, Amplify stepped in to support former A3C Creative Solutions clients. Prepaid hosting terms for some accounts have now expired, often due to expired credit cards or missed renewal notices.
WebInOne has also released updated hosting plans and platform improvements under v7.x, described here:=

Is my website safe?
Yes—for now. Your site is still online, but your current platform level, Treepl v6.x, is being phased out. As support winds down, staying on v6.x may lead to reduced functionality or compatibility issues over time.
Do I need to upgrade?
While upgrading is not mandatory today, Amplify strongly recommends transitioning to WebInOne v7.x. This is the actively supported platform, with ongoing updates, full feature support, and improved long-term stability.
Can I just renew my current plan?
Yes, in the short term. Renewals must be completed directly by you in your WebInOne account using an active credit card on file (monthly or annual billing). Amplify can guide you through the steps, but cannot process the renewal on your behalf.
Please note: continuing on v6.x should be treated as a temporary solution due to the platform’s deprecation.
Can Amplify upgrade my site to WebInOne v7.x?
Yes. Amplify can perform the v6.x → v7.x upgrade for you. After that, we’ll help you finalize the hosting payment and auto-renew setup in your account.
Will the cost change?
Probably. WebInOne reorganized its hosting plans as part of the v7.x release. Several website features have either moved tiers or become add-on 'extensions' under the WebInOne offering.
