The Saskatchewan Trucking Association needed more than a members-only section.
It needed a digital hub that could support the business of membership while giving members practical reasons to keep coming back.
Amplify developed the STA Member Portal, bringing membership subscriptions and e-commerce, the member directory, job board and training resources together within an integrated online experience.
Behind the scenes, we built the platform around STA’s actual membership rules and administrative requirements. One deceptively important challenge was automating month-by-month membership pro-rating, ensuring new members joining partway through the year were charged the appropriate subscription amount without creating additional work for STA staff.
The result was a practical member-services platform that connected commerce, membership management, industry resources and ongoing engagement — making it easier to join, easier to participate and easier for STA to manage.
